Shipping policy

All orders are made-to-order, meaning they will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be some shipping delays depending on the time of purchase due to high traffic due to holidays or worldwide situations like the pandemic. Please allow several days to allow the postal service to update your tracking number as it is out of my control once your order has shipped.

Local delivery

 

We are currently not offering local delivery due to the pandemic of Covid-19. Local Delivery is only available when Felti's Creations attends certain events that we will announce with anticipation on our social media.

 

International Shipping

 

We offer international shipping with some exceptions. At this time, we do not ship to Germany due to new packaging laws (more information in my Help & Contact section). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Felti's Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Pre-Orders Shipping

 

Pre-order handmade items have a timeframe of 1-5 months of production on top of the shipping estimates as only 1 person is making set items. If you order multiple items with your Pre-Order they will be shipped together. I will be posting in my News section under help & contact every week or so regarding updates with pre-orders such as progress, time estimate to ship, any potential delays, etc.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at feltiscreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
