Shipping and Processing
The majority of our Items are Made-to-Order meaning that depending on the demand your order will be worked on within 1-3 weeks (This timeframe is not included in the shipping & return section of the listings). It is recommended to order with anticipation to be able to receive it in a timely matter. Depending on the demand orders are shipped out 1-2 times per week, please allow a few days for your order to process before it gets shipped.
Pre-Order items that are handmade have a timeframe of 1-5 months of production on top of the shipping estimates as there is only 1 person making set items. If you order multiple items with your Pre-Order they will be shipped all together.
By purchasing from Felti's Creations you have agreed in these terms.
UK & EU Supporters
The EU has incorporated new tax laws, so depending on the EU country, import fees and VAT fees may also be added on arrival which must be paid by the buyer. We will not be able to refund shipping on orders that are not accepted due to these fees.

German Supporters
On January 1, 2019, Germany’s VerpackG (Packaging Act) came into effect, imposing requirements on retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials. Recent updates to the packaging Act include new requirements impacts online businesses which will take effect July 1,2022.
It applies to all packaging that typically results in waste after use, including materials used to packaging individual products and materials used for shipping. It is required for all businesses who plans to ship to Germany to register with LUCID. By not complying with the new regulations, businesses may be subject to written warning letters or heavy fines up to €200,000 and a prohibition in sales.
Us, Felti’s Creations will be suspending all shipping to Germany in both our main website & Etsy until further notice. We apologize in advice to our German customers but we hope in the future to resume shipping to your country.
Order Tracking
Shipping options will typically have a tracking option unless specified otherwise. Please check the order confirmation for the tracking number if applicable.
Package Issues
To add delivery with signature required, please contact us and we can add that additional option for you to your purchase. This is important if you know delivery can be difficult or you have shared mailboxes or delivery areas.
If your packages are unable to be delivered for reasons such as returned to sender, insufficient address, or no such number, we can correct the address and attempt to redeliver with the appropriate fees paid to the carrier. For addresses that are originally correct, but delivery is not possible we will refund the order for items purchased minus delivery fee.
If your package says it was delivered, but you do not see it please check with your post office, neighbors, apartment manager, etc. Unfortunately, we do not have additional information for your package outside of the tracking information available to you. Due to inventory constraints we cannot replace or refund stolen packages.
While as a seller I am cannot be responsible for your order once it has been marked as deliver, I do offer the option to replace your package for a cost. If you are still unable to find the package even if the tracking number states that its been delivered and would still like the products again you much cover the shipping fees + 50% of the items price. Due to the handmade nature of our business, the majority of our products are made-to-order therefore items won't be made until its been purchased. This is to properly manage our inventory for materials as some fabrics can be used for other items and/or future projects.
We cannot refund shipping fees as those are used to pay the mail carrier.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If there are issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of your package arrival.
Returns & Refunds
As this is a small business, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return labels with tracking are paid for by the customer. Refunds are issued once items are received, we issue a parcial refund of the product cost only as the shipping costs were pay to our shipping service to handle the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In new condition and unused
- Demonstrated to have issues
- Purchased at full price as sales items are final sale.
Returns are only accepted within 2 weeks from delivery date.
Items that are NOT eligible for a return nor refund:
- Digital Downloads such as ITH Embroidery files, Sewing Patterns, etc.
- Custom items such as custom Ink Pals Keychains, Custom Keychain or any other item that has been modified in a certain way. Modifications includes color changes & keychains in which files have been modified to complete requests.
- B grade Items such as Mystery Sticker Sheet Packs, Mystery Plush Keychains, Mystery Ink Pals Keychains
Exchanges
If there are issues with your order for example you received the wrong item or the correct item with the incorrect modifications please let us know.
We would be happy to exchange your item with the correct one. However, shipping will be the customers' responsibility.
