UK & EU Shipping Information
Shipping Update for EU Customers
Starting December 13, 2024, new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements will take effect in the EU. Due to these changes, Felti's Creations will temporarily stop shipping to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
About the GPSR
The GPSR requires all products sold in the EU to meet strict safety, labeling, and documentation standards. It also mandates hiring an EU representative, which adds significant costs that we, as a small business, cannot afford at this time.
We hope to resume shipping to the EU in the future if these regulations are lifted or modified to better accommodate small businesses. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
As of July 1st, 2021, EU and UK customers will have to pay additional vat taxes and service fees incurred at your country's customs offices. This applies to all packages no matter the package value.
VAT
I, Felti's Creations, will not be collecting or remitting vat. This means it will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. You may experience package delays (additional 2 weeks or more) and additional processing fees. You can also check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying.
Please understand I, Felti's Creations, am not responsible for any import taxes, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Additional taxes/charges/fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.
Should I receive a returned package from customs:
A) you can pay shipping again to have the package re-sent or,
B) I can refund your order, minus a 20% restocking fee & the original shipping costs
