Patreon Basics
Joining a Tier
Go to Membership, choose your reward package tier, fill in the address required for me to send you the physical reward, and your payment method.
Change Tiers
Yes, you can change to whichever pledge you prefer before the 1st of the month. Reminder that, if you cancel your pledge before the 1st. You won’t get any reward. Link to Guide:HERE
Cancel Subcription
Yes, you can cancel your pledge / tier at any time. Link to Guide:HERE
Charged when Joining
Yes, you will be charged when you first sign up to one of my tiers and afterwards you will be charged and then 1st of each month going forward. Payment transactions usually take from 1st to 5th day to complete. Look up the ‘Monthly Charge Upfront’ on the link. Link to Guide:HERE
- For example, if you sign up in December 10 in a 10$ tier, you will be charged as soon as you confirm your tier and afterward your membership will renew in January 1st with the 10$ tier. Even if you cancel you'll have access for the month of January. Your rewards will then begin to ship after January 5th.
Rewards
Rewards Anouncements
All monthly rewards are determined through poll votes from members. These polls are usually during the last week of the current month & publicly announced during the first few days of the following month.
Reward Types
Depending on which tier you join you will get different rewards. We currently have 2 tiers in which you can receive rewards either Digitally or Physically depending on your chosen tier.
ITH Club $8-
Members from this tier will receive a 4x4 In the hoop file for embroidery machines only. This tier is not suitable for sewing machines or for hand-sewn purposes. Members are required to be comfortable with Applique, a PDF file with instructions will be provided.
Plush Keychain Club $20-Members from this tier will receive 1 Plush Keychain directly through mail as a physical reward. (This Tier pricing has Shipping Cost included)

Depending on how many members or how busy I am there is some months where I offer double rewards essentially getting a 2 for 1 deal.
Receiving Rewards
Rewards will be sent out during the first week of the following month.
ITH Club Tier will receive their rewards through messages while the Plush Keychain Tier will have their items shipped during that same week and will receive a tracking number through email.
- For example, if you signed up to get rewards for the month of December (on any day of December), your December rewards will be sent out during the first week of January. This is to be able to facilitate the process of how many members we have during the month of December to prepare set rewards.
Digital Reward Requirements
If you decide to join our ITH Club tier you are required to have a 4x4 Embroidery Machine to have access and properly use the files. Without this you cannot use the files as this is a embroidery file and not regular sewing pattern file.
Troubleshoot
Address Change
Update your address by going to your Patreon Settings and go to the Account tab and change your address from there. Afterward, be sure to email us at feltiscreations@gmail.com to update your reward shipping address.
Digital File Issue
If you have any issue with your digital file please contact me through Patreon, through Discord or directly to my email address feltiscreations@gmail.com I will be more than happy to assist in what every way I can!
Unzip the Digital File
For you to access the Embroidery files you are required to have a program that allows you to unzip files. In this case, we highly suggest using WinRAR.
This program is completely free and safe to use, it is known to be used to unzip and compress file and it is one of the programs that is mostly used by others.
