Care Guide

When ordering plushies, some plushies might get squeezed due to the packaging for shipping. To regain its shape fluff it up like a pillow and it should be back to normal. All of our made-to-order items are handmade so there may be some slight imperfections.

Plush Items:

Might need to wash often due to contact of the skin and oils

• Wipe any dust off the fabric
• Use Cold Water and a Delicate Cycle
• DO NOT USE ANY FABRIC SOFTENER OR CONDITIONER
• Use No Heat or Air Dry Cycle if you have a Dryer till it is 90% Dry then hang outside to finish drying

Tote Bags

• Use phosphate-free detergent such as the Arm & Hammer Brand (not sponsored)
• Wash in cool/cold water on a gentle or delicate machine cycle. 
• Iron in medium setting outside, low setting inside (Optional)

Face Masks

• Please check with your doctor if wearing a mask is the right option for you. Some pre-existing medical conditions may make it difficult for you to breathe when wearing a mask.
• Never share your mask
• Always wash your hands before putting on your mask
• Always wash your mask and replace a filter before and after each use. Use Hot Water (not boiling) and detergent. Using boiling water may damage the elastic
• Wash your hands before and after removing your mask.
• Avoid touching the front of the mask - Use the straps instead. Wash your hands immediately after removing it.

Other Fabric Items

• Wash in delicate cycle
• Let it Air Dry
• Iron from low to medium heat if necessary
