All orders are made-to-order meaning that it will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When ordering plushies, some plushies might get squeezed due to the packaging for shipping. To regain its shape fluff it up like a pillow and it should be back to normal.

For washing

-might need to wash often due to contact of the skin and oils
- wipe any dust off the fabric
-use Cold Water and a Delicate Cycle
-DO NOT USE ANY FABRIC SOFTNER OR CONDITIONER
-use No Heat or Air Dry Cycle if you have a Dryer till it is 90% Dry then hang outside to finish drying
