October Shop Update- Order Update

Hello~! Thank you so much for your support and taking part of your time to read this email! In this email I will be detailing the reasoning why there is a delay on orders aswell as provide a proper update on where are in the process of making these orders!
TDLR: I took last week off to prepare products for our upcoming event this weekend, I have begun working on orders on Sunday but I am still in the final stretch of preparations for the event. Orders will be continued being worked on starting on Monday, November 18 once my event is over. I hope to begin sending out a batch of orders starting on Friday, November 22.
Reminder:
Quick reminder, 99% of our products are Made-To-Order, this means I wont begin making products unless an order comes in. This is to be able to properly use fabric for the correct products aswell as to prevent wasting fabric on products that don't do well & to save up space. I indicate this on our website home page, FAQ, Shipping & Return Page and Product Description. Also I am 1 person, I handle everything of the shop including producing products, I receive no help other than my partner doing me the favor to ship the pages to the post office.
Delays:
As mentioned in our TDLR, I took the week of November 3rd to 9th to focus on con preparations since I had quite a bit done but not fully finished and wanted to at least feel prepared for the event. Previously I was hard at work since our Shop Update Launch (October 20th) until November 2 working on as many orders as I could make. I received an overwelming amount of orders at once with most of them consisting of 3+ products per order hence why there has been such a delay with shipping out orders. I genuinely did not expect this amount of orders to come in ;3;
Product WIP:
Yesterday I finished embroidering most of the pikmin plushies which are missing to stuff and handsew. I am hoping to finish these next week by Wednesday. As for orders I have orders #4390, #4387 & #4402 nearly complete with only missing the pikmins & 1 AC villager keychain.
Customs Splatoon Keychains:
If you have ordered a Custom Splatoon Keychain through our website, I will be sending out emails from Wednesday November 20 to November 22 to confirm color selection & modifications to proceed with making them. I do this step to ensure I can capture your OCs essence and bring it to life <3
I hope this email provide clarity on where I am in terms on preparing your orders. Hoping to have them all done and shipped by December 6 in hopes to have them all ready for the Holidays. Please if you haven't follow me over at Instagram as it is my main platform where I am consistently updating whenever I best can in terms of work in progress & shipping. I promise I have not forgotten about your orders and I will be working day and night to get them done asap and that's a promise. Thank you all so much for your support and patience so far!
