❗USPS Shipping Changes Coming July 12, 2026❗

Hello everyone! I wanted to share an important update regarding upcoming USPS shipping changes that may affect Felti’s Creations.

Recently, USPS announced that they will be changing how certain lightweight packages are priced when shipping to and from Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Military addresses, starting July 12, 2026

Previously, smaller packages could be priced based on their exact weight. With this change, packages under 1 lb will generally be charged at the 1 lb shipping rate instead.

How does this affect Felti’s Creations?

Since I’m a handmade business based in Puerto Rico, this change affects me in more ways than just shipping your orders.

Many of the items I make from home, such as plush keychains, stickers, and other small goods, are lightweight and may see higher shipping costs. Additionally, many of the supplies I use come from U.S. suppliers, which means my own material costs may also increase.

Over the next few days, I’ll be reviewing my shop, materials, and shipping costs to better understand how these changes will affect us and decide what adjustments, if any, may be needed moving forward.

For Patreon members, I’ll be reviewing the physical reward tier during July. If changes are needed, they will take effect in August, while July rewards will remain unchanged, as I will cover the additional costs for July rewards.

Thank you so much for continuing to support Felti’s Creations. Running a small handmade business comes with unexpected challenges, and your support helps me continue creating the handmade products you love. 🧸💖
